The British census contains a huge number of
Coubroughs. I have identified most of the ones I found in the 1891 and 1901
surveys, but there are still quite a few who I have not been able to connect to
their families. If you recognise any of these folks, I'd sure like to hear from
you.
I have listed my
"strays" in alphabetical order, by first name, except where there was
a family I could not place. There, the family is listed under the person given
as the head of the house. Birth locations are given in the form County, Parish;
Census locations are given as County, Parish (Town). The same style has
been used where the location was a farm or named house.
